Prelimiry report submitted in HC

SHILLONG, April 29: Amicus Curiae (friend of the court) GS Massar, senior Advocate, today submitted a Prelimiry Report on psychiatric illness and the problems faced by the institution dealing with mentally ill people, as regards Garo Hills to the Meghalaya High Court. During the hearing, Massar further submitted that as regards other regions of the State of Meghalaya, preparation and submission of the report would take some more time. The next hearing into the case has been listed on May 6.
