Premier Badminton League unveils anthem

New Delhi, Dec 31: The Premier Badminton League (PBL) on Thursday unveiled its official anthem ‘Halla Macha De’, composed by musicians Salim-Sulaiman. The anthem can be seen on the PBL’s Facebook page and will soon be available on YouTube. Salim-Sulaiman will perform the song live on January 2 during the opening ceremony of the league at the tiol Sports Complex of India (NSCI) in Mumbai. “I am very happy the way the anthem has been created by Salim-Sulaiman. It perfectly captures and strikes the emotions of the player as well as the fans’ feelings while the game is on,” PBL chairman Akhilesh Das Gupta said. IANS
