President award to Scout and Guides

SHILLONG, Dec 13: The Meghalaya Bharat Scout and Guides for this year 2016 received Rashtrapati Award from President Prab Mukherjee at Rashtrapati Bhavan New Delhi. The award was received by Rithelma Passah, SDSEO of West Jaintia Hills. On behalf of the state, the award received by Andrew Lyngdoh from SOS and for the Seven Set School received by K R Sangma on behalf of the awardees in the tiol capital.
