The discussion revolved around infrastructural issues and the issues pertaining to manpower and we are trying to address them as soon as possible. We took a stock of the situation, especially the vacant posts of doctors and paramedics, and we are soon going to fill them up.”

The Principal Secretary, while responding to a question related to the multi-crore health department scam that has already created sensation in the State, said, “An FIR has been filed after doing initial investigations by an independent agency.
