Prisoners involved in warden attack case identified

SHILLONG, Feb 7: Police identified ten jail inmates for their involvement in the attack of a warden of Shillong District Jail. They prisoners who were involved are - Trinly Nongbri, Rahul Chattri alais Martul, Saijuddin Ali, Pappu Swer, Barson Nongbri, Wankailang Wanchan, Md. Feroz Khan, M. Chabar Hussain, Sayed Ali and Iaiehskhem Wanniang. It may be mentioned that in the morning of February 4, the warden, Chinmoy Hajong, was assaulted when he detained them for breaking a tube light in the jail.
