Prize Money Football kicks off at Tangla

TANGLA, Aug 18: The 24th Darshan Boro and 10th Moni Boro Memorial Prize Money Football Competition kicked off here at Tangla H.S sçhool playground on Friday. The competition , organized by Tangla Sports Association, was iugurated by Bhupen Rabha, District Sports Officer. 

In the iugural match Mwdibari Janglari FC of Udalguri defeated Gatsa team of Baksa in sudden death.

Mwdibari Janglari FC took the lead in the 8th minute of the match. Gatsa team netted the equilizer in the 75th minute. The match ended 1-1 in full time.

Kabir-Ali Sports Association will face Bhakatpara Sports Club on Saturday.
