Problems in education system discussed

Goalpara, November 20: The Student Federation of India (SFI), Goalpara district committee on Sunday arranged a semir on the topic ‘Problems of students in present situation’ at the Sa Bagan LP School. Presided over by Monower Ali, a prominent local citizen, the semir was attended as the chief speaker by Kaishyap Choudhury, State president of SFI. Choudhury focused on the problems in the education system like increasing trend of privatization of schools, loop holes of semester system, difficulties faced by students and the duty of the society in this regard. With Vikash Deka, Saijuddin Ali, Sofiar Rahman, yanjyoti Das, Adil Hussain, Arul Islam and Sahanur Hoque as conveners, a new committee was also formed in the same meeting. The new committee is expected to carry forward the ideology of the organization into a new dimension.
