Prof Thorat to speak on inclusive growth

GUWAHATI, Sept 10:  Professor Sukhadeo Thorat, the Chairman of the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and Emeritus Professor at the Centre for the Study of Regiol Development, Jawaharlal Nehru University would deliver a lecture at Omeo Kumar Das Institute of Social Change and Development on September 13, 2016 at 3:30 pm at the Conference Hall of the institute, a press communiqué said. The theme of the lecture is “On Inclusive Growth: Implications for Policy and Research”. Professor Thorat was the former Chairman of the University Grants Commission of India and a recipient of Padamshree award.
