Project director of RM SSA under scanner

ITAGAR, March 9: The All Aruchal Pradesh Unemployed Engineer’s Association in a representation to the chief secretary has complaint against state project director, Rajya Mission, SSA.  In its complaint letter it stated that the project director has failed to implement “orientation of SSA school infrastructures” by Technical Supporting Group constituted by MHRD.  It further disclosed that the state has 96 blocks and 21 district and that civil coorditors in the rank of contractual JE functions as state coorditor, district and blocks of the state not complying the actual norms of TSG guidelines in handling the works in the said blocks.
Alleging lacus in the way civil works bills are signed, it appealed to the CS to restore the prescribed norms set by MHRD.
