Dhubri, March 19: After a newborn baby was found dead outside the Dhubri Civil Hospital ton Thursday, widespread protests could be seen in the district as there had been a similar incident a few days ago. The local people said that they saw the body in a terrible condition, being eaten by dogs, when they decided to inform the police.
