Protest against Silapathar incident

JORHAT, March 21: Led by the All Assam Students’ Union (AASU), activists of AJYCP, ATTSA and Asom Se Titabor Anchalik unit staged a sit-in for several hours at Titabor Station Tili near Titabor Press Club in protest against the Silapathar incident and demanding the main culprit Subodh Biswas’s arrest and withdrawal of the citizenship amendment bill, 2016.
During their protest, they shouted slogans against the Assam Government and demanded deportation of illegal Bangladeshis.
