Protest demonstration held

DHUBRI, Sept 21: The Dhubri District Mahila Congress on Monday staged a protest demonstration outside the office of the Deputy Commissioner over the Union governments move to withdraw all postal stamps issued in the me of Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi.

Terming the move as undemocratic, Dhurbri district president of the Mahila Congress, Baby Begum said, “It is like a dictatorial move.” She further informed that the protest demonstration was organized as per the instructions of the State president Shahz Yasmeen.
