Protest meeting held at Tengabari

Kalaigaon, September 8: A protest meeting was held at Tengabari under the initiative of Tenngabari Samaj Kalyan Parishad on Tuesday. It was presided over by Premanda Borah. The meeting was called to condemn the recent alleged misbehavior against the MLA of Kalaigaon LAC at Tengabari on September 4. Some people had allegedly staged a road blockade at the Garubandha-Gumtha road and asked the MLA to visit the area. When the MLA went there, the protesters shouted slogans and allegedly misbehaved with him.
