Protests against privatization of oil fields

JOYSAGAR, March 3: The KMSS in association with the Sadou Sivasagar Toilo Khetra Sanrakhan Sangram Samitte on Thursday  staged protest against the central and state governments move to privatized the oil fields of upper Assam yesterday. The protestors burnt effigies of Union Petroleum Minister Dharmandra Pradhan, Prime Minister rendra Modi and Assam chief minister Sarbanda Sonowal respectively. The protestors alleged that the BJP has hidden agenda to occupy Assam’s resources.
