PSPB Bridge meet concludes

GUWAHATI, Dec 4: Numaligarh Refinery Limited hosted the All India XXXVI PSPB (Petroleum Sports Promotion Board) Inter Unit Bridge Tourment which was concluded yesterday at Kaziranga. 83 players from seven oil PSUs mely ONGC, IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, OIL, AOD and host team of NRL participated in the tourment.

S.K. Barua, Director (Fince), Numaligarh Refinery Limited was present as the Chief guest in the closing ceremony. Joint Secretary (Govt. of India), PSPB Vivek Satyajit was also attended the function. There were altogether 3 events-.Team of Four, Board – A – Match and Pair Contest. The results: Team events- 1st  ONGC (22), 2nd  HPCL (13) and 3rd  IOCL (AOD) (10). Best Pair of the Tourment : mit Sharma and Alok Kumar (ONGC). Best Played Hand: Saibal Dutta (ONGC). Best Defended : PK. Adak (IOCL)
