Public hearing in Chirang case

KOKRAJHAR, December.18: The Chirang Executive Magistrate Jitu Kr. Barman, who is given charge to conduct the magisterial inquiry into the killing of NDFB (S) militant Jaola Basumatary in an encounter between suspected militants and security forces on November 13 at Dwigudung village under Runikhata Police Station in Chirang district, has called upon the general public, social organizations, eye witnesses and family members of the slain militant to cooperate him in finding out the actual facts of the incidence.

In this connection they have been asked to appear before him and submit their reports, papers and evidences relating to the incidence at his office in Chirang DC office at Kajalgaon within 11am to 4pm on December 30.
