Shillong, March 2: The Joint Director of Health Services (SS), Civil Hospital, Shillong has informed all the cancer patients concerned that the Government of Meghalaya has allowed Dr. Lurstep Wanshnong to perform Onco-Surgery Services at Civil Hospital, Shillong from March 2017 onwards, stated a press release.
