Pul directs CS to send enquiry team

ITAGAR, April 4: Aruchal Pradesh Chief Minister Kalikho Pul while condemning the suspected murder of Zilla Taku in Guwahati directed the chief secretary to send an enquiry team to Guwahati immediately.

He also directed CS to take up the matter with the DGP and Commissioner of Police, Guwahati and urged upon them to thoroughly investigate into the death of Taku.

Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Minister Kameng Dolo has also directed the DGP to take the matter with the Assam counterpart at the earliest.

The mutilated body of 24-year-old Zilla Taku was found under mysterious circumstance in Guwahati on March 23 last. Taku hails from Ba in East Kameng district.
