Python rescued

GAURISAGAR, July 5: A 13-15 foot-long python was recovered at Jhanji river embankment near Bora gaon in  Jorhat district on Wednesday morning. Some people of the area saw the python near the Jhanji embankment while there were collecting floating  firewood from the river. They captured the python with a net and later handed it over to the district wildlife forest officials.
