Quit India Movement martyrs remembered

Tamulpur, Aug 10: A torchlight rally was taken out at Tamulpur by Baksa district BJP Yuba Morcha on Wednesday evening in memory of the martyrs of the Quit India Movement and observed the day as Kranti Divas. The rally was iugurated by Karan Chetry, president of Baksa district BJP Yuba Morcha in presence of district BJP leaders Krish Swargiary, Laba Swargiary, Arati Bordoloi, Rajesh Boro, Keshab Mallik, Kulen th, Ramcharan Deka, Anjan Deka and Rupjyoti Swargiary, along with local BJP leader Hemanta Kr. Rabha, Prasanta Ramchiyary, Balen Rabha.
