Quiz competition and speech programme held

Golaghat , Feb 7: Golaghat garik Mancha and Furkating College on Sunday jointly organized a quiz competition and a speech programme in memory of veteran jourlist and educationist Keshav Saikia at the the Amateur Theatre Society auditorium. The quiz competition was held in two categories from Class V to Class XIII, where students of Golaghat Jatiya Vidyalaya and Mahatma Balya Bhavan emerged victorious. After that a speech programme was held where jourlist Utpal Baruah gave a speech. Another distinguished guest Dr Ajit Baruah also spoke on the occasion.
