Radhika Barua

Radhika Barua, wife of Bhushan Ch Baruah, resident of Azad Road, Doomdooma, passed away recently due to old-age ailment. She was 90 and is survived by two sons and three daughters.

She was associated with a number of religious organizations including Doomdooma Asamiya Puja Aru tya Mandir Samity (DAPANMS). Her death was widely mourned by more than 20 organisations including DAPANMS and its women wing, Doomdooma Sakha Sahitya Sabha, Doomdooma Town Committee, Doomdooma Mahila Samity, Doomdooma gara m Sangha, Doomdooma Shiva Mandir Samity, Doomdooma Sakha Lekhika Ssmaroh Samity, Ramdhenu Mahila Chora, Lekhika Samaroh Samity, Hoonlal HS School, Rajahua Kalimandir Samity, Doomdooma mghar Samity and Doomdooma Press Club.
