Rahul Gandhi gets highly criticised for mocking at the Indian Army dog squad

New Delhi: At a time when the amazing gestures of the dog squad of Indian Army performing yoga on the occasion of International Yoga Day had received wide applause and love, Congress President Rahul Gandhi irked people by criticizing the act. Rahul Gandhi mocked at the sight of the yoga performing Dog squad and captioned the picture of the dogs as “New India” in his recent Twitter post.

The post made by Gandhi created massive reactions from the social media users as such a comment on such a beautiful picture of the Indian Army dog squad with their trainers was least expected and coming from a responsible person and the president of one of the largest political parties of the nation was equally unexpected.

Gandhi, by mocking at the picture of the dog squad certainly, had thought of taking a dig at the yoga Day propagated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi but never did he perhaps thought that it would create an even difficult situation for him.

The tweet by Rahul Gandhi got highly criticized by the BJP leaders and members. The party members remarked that life looks much like a joke to the young Gandhi. Rahul himself shares pictures with his pet dog and is now seen criticizing the dog squad. They further went on to add that if under the leadership of Narendra Modi one can see a New India then under Rahul Gandhi, a new Congress is coming up.

BJP spokesperson Nalin Kohli said, “Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi there is a new India, and Gandhi’s tweet reveals a new Congress under him. Perhaps for him, life is one continuing joke for him and looking for opportunities to post pictures that remind him of his favourite Pidi (his pet dog).”

A host of other Twitter users took to troll Rahul Gandhi by posting pictures about the Congress. Some took to poke fun at him and the party.
