Railway blockade against Dimapur incident

gaon, March 10: In protest against lynching of Assamese youth Sarifuddint in Dimapur, a crowd of more than 500 people on Tuesday blocked the railway line near Hojai rail station. The crowd was led by AMSU, KMSS and Left tiol Front leaders. Due to this blockade, three trains galand Express, Jasatabdi Express and another train were stopped for more than an hour. The protesters shouted slogans against the barbaric killing of Sarifuddin, demanding immediate investigation into the matter and punishment for the guilty. The agitation lasted for two hours.
