Ramadan greetings

LAKHIMPUR, May 16: The Lakhimpur District Muslim Gana Mancha has conveyed warm greetings to the people of Assam on the occasion of the sacred Ramadan month which is to be observed by the Muslim community from May 17 to June 15. In a press release, president Alhaza Sayed Azad Hussain, general secretary Dhan Mahammad, and publicity secretary Sajad Hazarika stated that the sacred Ramadan would strengthen the bond of brotherhood, harmony and integrity among the people of the State, irrespective religions, caste and creeds. The organization called upon the CEO of APDL, Lakhimpur Circle and Manager of North Lakhimpur Electric subdivision order to ensure power supply during the time of iftaar, tarabi namaz and shehri.
