GAURISAGAR, April 27: Phulpanichiga Yuva Samaj will organize Rangali Bihu Sanmilan for the second time with a two-day long programme on May 10. The programme includes flag hoisting, smriti tarpan, iuguration of manch and a recitation competition among school students. In the evening there will be Jeng Bihu, husori and Bihuwati competition. At night a cultural programme Bordoisila will be held. Social worker Saurav Kumar Bhattacharyya will iugurate it. Noted artistes Diganta Mohan and Pankhi Dutta will perform at the programme.
