Ranu Langthasa files nomition for NCHAC chairperson

Haflong, June 12: Ranu Langthasa, a BJP candidate for the post of chairperson, has filed her nomition before the Secretary, NCHAC, Deban Daolagupu in presence of Prakanta Warisa, Samuel Changsan, Kelendra Daolagupu, Fleming Rupsi, Him Bahadur Chetri and Ajay Chakraborty, MACs and others on Sunday. It is going to be history in making as Langthasa will be the first lady chairperson of the NCHAC since the inception of the NCHAC. Talking to media persons after filing her nomition as the BJP candidate for chairperson, Ranu Langthasa said she felt proud as her father-in- law was also chairman twice. She also promised to maintain neutrality while acting as the chairperson of NCHAC. Till the filing of this report, Langthasa was the lone candidate for the post of chairperson.
