Real Estate Fair in Silchar from January 26

SILCHAR, Jan 24: Byatikram MASDO in association with Seven Sapiens will organize a two-day real estate fair in Silchar from January 26 in the premises of Silchar DSA. It was informed by Soumen Bharatiya, president, Byatikram MASDO, and Bidhan Dasgupta, editor, Sailaprabha, to media persons in a press-meet held recently in Circuit House here. Bharatiya said it is a first of its kind event to be organized in the valley. Many renowned brands including Godrej, Shapoorji Pallonji, Fortune Groups of Builders and Developers, Ruchi Reality and Merlin Groups will participate in the fair. Around 35 stalls will be put up in the fair.

Bharatiya further said every person has a dream to own a property.

“The organizers have decided to provide them with the opportunity to purchase apartments with all basic amenities at a judicious price. Brokers and other such unscrupulous elements will not be allowed in the event. The visitors will be able to interact with tiolly renowned real estate groups without any interference from any brokers or agents,” he said.

He further added that the fair will be iugurated by Gautom Bhattacharjee, general mager of northeast region, State Bank of India (SBI). Besides, Amika Choudhury, winner of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’ill Champs, will perform on the opening day of the event. Besides, cultural programmes will be held on each day of the fair.  The official banking partner of the fair is SBI.

 Bidhan Dasgupta said Barak Valley, Guwahati and Kolkata are on the top of the investment radar for real estate enthusiasts.

“The ever increasing property prices in these places do not seem to deter many from buying property here. In fact, over the years the demand for residential property in these segments has risen to a great extent. As a result, the real estate in these locations has become a strong market for people looking for property for sale as well as rent,” he said.
