Reshuffle in bureaucracy, ACS officer posted as Deputy secretary to Chief Minister's Secretariat

GUWAHATI: In a reshuffle, the Assam Government on Thursday posted senior ACS officer Mridul Kumar Das as deputy secretary to Chief Minister’s Secretariat and Principal Private Secretary to the Chief Minister by transferring and posting the present incumbent Mrigesh Narayan Barua as the director of employment & craftsmen training, Assam. On other hand, Moniratna Mahanta, Additional Secretary to Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Home & Political department.
