Restricting Pakistan to 213 was perfect for Australia: Hazlewood

Adelaide, March 20: Australian pacer Josh Hazlewood on Friday said bowling out Pakistan for a paltry 213 laid the foundation for his team's comfortable six-wicket victory in their World Cup quarter-fil match here at the Adelaide Oval. Hazlewood was adjudged the Man-of-the-Match for his superb bowling performance, claiming 4/35 of his ten overs to wreck the Pakistan batting who were bowled out in 49. overs. Australia chased down the target in 33.5 overs. "Keeping them to 213 was perfect for us and the boys did a good job with the bat," Hazlewood said at the post-match presentation ceremony. The New South Wales (NSW)-born pacer, who was dropped from the side in their last group game against Scotland, said it was great to be back donning the tiol shirt and added he was happy with the result.
