JAGIROAD, APRIL 11: Dipeswar Bhuyan, a former ACS officer, who retired as the Additiol Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Morigaon district , passed away today in a private hospital in Guwahati due to cardiac arrest. He was 80. Late Bordoloi, a resident of tungaon here, left behind his wife , three daughters and son-in-laws and a host of relatives.
