Rio 2016 confirms wheelchair rugby groups

Rio de Janeiro, June 9 : Hosts Brazil have been drawn in the same group as defending champions Australia at the Rio Paralympic Games wheelchair rugby tourment in August. Cada and Britain were also placed in Group A during the competition draw on Wednesday. Group B will comprise the USA, Japan, Sweden and France. Australia beat Cada 66-51 in the wheelchair rugby fil at the 2012 London Paralympics. The competition will be played at Rio de Janeiro’s Carioca 1 Are from September 7-18. IANS
