Rongali Adin organized in Demow

DEMOW, April 27: Under the patroge of the youths of Demow, the Rongali Adin was organized on Tuesday at Demow Public Playground. The flag of Rongali Adin was hoisted in the morning by the members of the organizing committee and after that the invited Bihu and husori teams performed their dances. The popular husori team of Assam, Nimaijan performed. In the evening, in memory of Manoj Gogoi, a local youth of Demow Raichai who died few months ago, the organizing committee of the Rongali Adin lit candles. After that the cultural night was organized in memory of Manoj Gogoi where popular singer Kusum Kailash performed.
