Rongali Bihu celebration

GAURISAGAR, APRIL 7 : AJYCP, Gaurisagar Regiol Committee will celebrate Mukoli Bihu on April 19 with a day-night programme. For smooth conduct of the programme, a reception committee has been formed with Bhupen Das, as president, Munin Borah as executive president and Dulal Gogoi as secretary. The programme includes hoisting of Bihuwan, swahid tarpan, drawing and recitation competition. The Bihuwati competition will be held in two sections. A souvenir titled Gumseng will be released. At night, noted artiste Bidyasagar will perform.
