The programme started with flag hoisting, swahid tarpan and after that Bihu special food items were distributed. Various competitions like drawing, pitha-making, Bihu dance and Samonia husori were held on Saturday. The dhol badan competition and Bihuwati competition will be heldon Sunday and prizes will be distributed. Popular singers Gitali Kakoty and Bijoy Bishal will perform in the cultural night.
