Sajid hits ton on Tinsukia Railways win

GUWAHATI, Feb 16: Tinsukia Railway Divisiol Sports Club won by 59 runs against Ankurjyoti club in the Jugal Kishore Newatia Cricket championship match held at the Nehru stadium here today. The star of the match was Sajid Khan of Tinsukia Railway who hit a ton in the game and remained not out 106. Elected to bat, Tinsukia Railway piled up 239-4 in their 40 overs. Sajid required 99 balls to score unbeaten knock of 106 runs with the help of 12 boundaries and two sixes. Bharat Newar (51) also played a good knock. In reply Ankurjyoti club maged to score 178-9 in their stipulated overs.
