Salman Khan stops at Dibrugarh, fans go berserk

Dibrugarh: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan arrived at the Dibrugarh Mohanbari Airport on Thursday while on his way to Arunachal Pradesh. As per sources, although the airport acted as a brief stopover for him before he headed for the Land of the Rising Sun to inaugurate the second edition of the MTB Arunachal Mountain Bicycle Race in Mechuka, it was enough to pique the interest of his fans who came in large numbers here. One could see the enthusiasm among his fans and well-wishers getting built since Wednesday evening. Many took to social media to break the news, which in turn created quite a stir.

Although the airport had earlier borne witness to the arrival of other Bollywood celebrities too, including Kangana Ranaut and Shahid Kapoor while they were going to Pasighat in Arunachal Pradesh to shoot for their movie Rangoon, it was after a pretty long time that a celebrity having this kind of a mass appeal set his foot on the soils of the town.
