Salt Brook Academy of Dibrugarh shines in HS Exam 2019; three holds position among top 10 rank holders

Dibrugarh: Alike in previous years, Salt Brook Academy of Dibrugarh once again makes it among the top ten rank holders in the Class 12 board exam. As many as three students secured positions among the top 10 rank holders in the Science stream.

Diptadeep Bhattacharjee secured the 4th position by obtaining 475 marks out of 500 with an aggregate of 95%. He secured 90 in English, 95 in Alternative English, 93 in Physics, 99 in Chemistry, 98 in Statistics and 85 in Mathematics.

Speaking to the media, Diptadeep Bhattacharjee said, "I'm quite happy with my results as I could fulfill the expectations of my teachers, parents and well-wishers. I'm interested in research and in future, I would like to become a space scientist. I have cleared the JEE prelims and will appear for the mains on May 27."

Also, a talented cricketer, Diptadeep also mentioned that he did not take any tuition or coaching for his preparation for the board examination.

Another student of the same institution, Tannayoee Hazarika bagged the 6th rank among the top 10 toppers. She scored around 472 aggregate marks with an overall 94.4%. She scored 88 in English, 95 in Alternative English, 97 in Physics, 97 in Biology, 95 in Mathematics and 95 in Chemistry.

Lastly, Titikhya Nath obtained the 10th position obtaining 468 marks with 93.6%. She scored 84 in English, 97 in Alternative English, 92 in Physics, 98 in Biology, 97 in Chemistry and 56 in Mathematics.

"I would like to study Biological Science from a top college in Delhi. My aim is to become a Biological Scientist," said Titikhya.
