Silchar, Aug 21: Sanjeev Roy has been appointed by All India Congress Committee (AICC) to lead the organizatiol election of Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) as District Returning Officer (DRO). The order has been issued by MPCC on August 18.
