Sashastra Seema Bal Tezpur Frontier Celebrates Independence Day

Kokrajhar: The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Tezpur Frontier celebrated the 72nd Independence Day at its headquarters at Tezpur on Wednesday with fervour and gaiety.

P Stobdan, Inspector General, SSB, Tezpur Frontier unfurled the tricolour. Speaking on the occasion, he exhorted officers and personnel to work with more dedication and devotion. The Independence Day message of RK Mishra, Director General of SSB, was read out to the officers, staff, personnel, family members and children. As a mark of the celebration of Independence Day, sweets were distributed to all the participants and a colourful cultural programme was organized. Jazz Band of SSB Tezpur Frontier performed during the day and evening programme.
