SASL workers stage protest

Duliajan, March 2: The casual workers, drivers, cooks and cleaners working for Schlumberger Asia Service Ltd.(SASL), Duliajan refused to do their duties on Monday to demand their salaries for the months of January and February. Only after an assurance was given by in-charge of SASL that their pending salaries would be released soon, the workers withdrew their protest and went back to work.
