Satabdi Express between Dibrugarh & Guwahati to start soon

Dibrugarh, Feb 18: Satabdi Express from Dibrugarh to Guwahati will start soon, announced the General Mager of North East Frontier Railways, Chahete Ram, while addressing a press  conference organized at Dibrugarh Railway Station, Banipur on Saturday.

 In presence of Dibrugarh MP Rameswar Teli; Divisiol Railway Mager (DRM), Prashant Mishra and Commercial Operating Mager (COM), AK Biswas, the GM Chahete Ram  reiterated the commitment of NF Railways in developing the connectivity of railways in the region with better facilities for the passengers.  Replying to a query about the decrease in the running of  Demu train service, GM Chahete Ram replied that shortage of railway wagons had led to the decrease in the Demu train and steps were being taken to ensure early introduction of more Demu trains in this part of the region.

Earlier, the GM of NF Railways made a routine inspection of the Railway station at Banipur and he interacted with the members of Railway Mazdoor Union and representatives of other social organizations.
