SBI-KIOSK operators form new association

Goalpara, October 11: The All Assam State Bank of India-KIOSK (SBI-KIOSK) operators formed on Sunday a new State-level organization in Goalpara. In a meeting held at the Officers’ Club in the town, representatives of 14 districts gathered and formed the association. Debeswar Patowary of Chirang district was selected as the president and Mash Pratim Das of Kamrup and Dhrubajyoti Sarmah of Udalguri as the joint secretaries of the association. The meeting also discussed in detail the problems faced by the SBI-CSP providers while dealing with customers. There are more than 70 CSPs in Goalpara district.
