SBI signs MoU for SBI e-pay

GUWAHATI, March 1: SBI and Government of Assam signed a MOU for implementation of SBI e-Pay, a payment aggregator solution for collection of all sorts of revenue and receipts of

Government of Assam in a ceremony at Administrative Staff College, Khapara. Simanta Thakuria, Commissioner cum Secretary (Fince) has signed the MOU on behalf of the Government of Assam and Gautam Bhattacharya, General Mager (NW-I) signed for SBI in presence of  Tarun Gogoi, Chief Minister, Assam, V. K. Pipersenia, Chief Secretary, and other senior functiories from both sides. Incidentally, SBI e-Pay is the only bank-based aggregator in the country and an ISO-27001-2013 certified. This was stated in a press release.
