SBI staff distribute gifts among school children

SHILLONG, Dec 29: The State Bank of India (SBI) Life Insurance officials and staff, North East region, Shillong distributed certain materials and gifts to different schools in and around the city as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which sought to supplement the education and healthcare needs of the children. The schools identified by SBI Life are Ka Khmah L.M. Primary School (Mawiong Rim), Dinet Manik Syiem Higher Secondary School (Nongthymmai) and St Luke R.C. L.P. (Mawlai). “It is not a dotion but contribution for the upliftment and well being of the students to eble them to move ahead in life,” Raj Kumar Rai, Regiol Director, said while delivering his address at Dinet Manik Syiem Higher Secondary School.
