School damaged in storm in grijuli

TAMULPUR, April 21: The Dayaram Choudhury Girls’ ME School located at grijuli in Baksa district was badly damaged due to a heavy storm recently. The classes in the school remained suspended since then as the school magement committee has failed to repair the building due to lack of funds so far.  The school is under Tamulpur Education Block in the district of Baksa. Locals demanded immediate repair of the class rooms for the interests of the students. Strong winds accompanied with rain-bearing hailstones damaged houses and some crops in the district during the last few days.
