School students return to India from B'desh visit

SHILLONG, Jan 31: A group of 23 students from BSF School, Shillong returned back on Monday evening from Bangladesh after completing their four days tour to Bangladesh.
They were away on a tour in the list of various programmes being organized under confidence building measures by both the border guarding forces. These students from Shillong entered into Bangladesh from ICP Dawki on 27th Jan’2017. During the visit, the students were taken to the various resorts, BGB Headquarters, Academic institutions, Museum etc. They travelled up to the capital city of Dhaka via cities likes Sylhet, Srimongal, Sarail etc.
Both the students of Bangladesh and India exchanged the cultural programme, thus making the bond between both the countries much stronger by complementing each other. The students were also given the glimpse of the developing Bangladesh by showing Bangabandhu Novo Theatre, Jumu Future park etc. A group of Bangladeshi students also accompanied these students during their visit to give them better understanding of Bangladesh.
Indian students also participated in the colorful activities organized by the Bangaldesh government to showcase rich cultural heritage of India. They enthralled the crowed by their mesmerizing performances.
