Scribe passes away

GUWAHATI, Oct 30: Jourlist Achinta Bhaskar Roy died in a city hospital today due to acute pancreatitis. He was 37. Roy, who hailed from Boripara village in Bongaigaon district and was, associated with the satellite channel News Live and Assamese daily Dainik Jambhumi. Roy was an active member of Assam Press Correspondents’ Union (APCU). The APCU has condoled the untimely demised of the scribe.
