Scribe suspended for anti-social activities

Dibrugarh, July 22: A scribe has been suspended from his organization as well as from the membership of Greater Dibrugarh Press Club for his alleged involvement in anti-social activities.

Bhushan Jyoti Handique, president, and secretary  Ratul Gohain  of Greater Dibrugarh Press Club while stating their decision for suspension of local channel scribe, Imran Ali, has barred him from all activities of club.

Similarly, his employer also suspended him with immediate effect and urged upon all well wishers, patrons and admirers of the channel not to have any business deal with the suspended employee related to the local cable channel.

Dibrugarh police busted a prostitution racket and arrested few girls along with the kingpin of the racket and four local youths. During interrogation, the arrested women disclosed the arrested scribe’s me and his involvement in their nefarious activities. However, the suspended scribe has vehemently refuted all allegations.
