Scuffle breaks out between alleged BJP and Congress workers in Samuguri, Rockybul Hussain’s Car vandalized !

Samuguri: A scuffle broke out between the alleged workers of the Bharatiya Party and Congress workers in Barma area of Samuguri under Nagaon District.

Following the incident, the convoy of the Former Forest Minister of Assam Rockybul Hussain and Congress MLA Nurul Huda was reportedly attacked by the alleged workers of the BJP party.

As per local sources, the vehicle of Congress leader Rockybul Hussain bearing registration number AS 01DN 2086 was completely vandalized.

However, the leader was reported safe and sound and has not received any injuries during the clash.

It is to be noted that two alleged BJP workers were also injured in the clash.

Meanwhile, Samuguri unit of BJP members had claimed the allegations to be false and baseless.

A case has been registered by the Congress workers in connection to the incident at Samuguri Police Station.

Update: A press conference will be addressed by Former Forest Minister Rockybul Hussain in connection to the matter.
